Ik Tu hee Tu Nazar aaya hai - It's only you that I found

Jahaan-e-gham say tang aakar idhar dekha udhar dekha
To bas Tu hee Tu aaya hai nazar - mainay jidhar dekha

Huaa hai jism ye jis vaqt dekho Rooh say khaali
Na us ko phir kisi nay bhi kabhi hai aankh bhar dekha

Jisay dekho zamaanay mein vo daulat ka hai deevaana
Har ik qissay kay peechhay ye hee raaz-e-mukhtasar dekha

Bahut mil jayengay hamraah zindgi mein to 'Rajan '
Magar koyi nahin hai aakhri dam ham-safar, dekha

                         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jahaan-e-Gham         =  The world full of sorrow
us Jaanib = Towards that direction
Har ik qissay kay peechhay = Behind every story, every action
Raaz     = Secret / Motive
Mukhtsar   =  Brief, Short, A Little
Ye hee Raaz-e-mukhtasar dekhaIn brief - in short, this is the secret - Or this is the little secret (motive) behind everything
Hamraah =   Companion
Aakhari dam = In the end, At the last moment of life
Translation:
Tired of this world that is full of sorrow, whenever I looked (for solace) here and there
Then, it's only you (Almighty Lord) that I found - wherever I looked.
When the body becomes empty of Soul -
No one looks in that direction (at the body) with the same feelings and passion anymore.
Every single person in this world is crazy about wealth and possessions
In short, this (little) secret (motive) was found behind every story -
behind all movements and activities - (everyone is crazy about money and power)
We will get so many companions during our life (in this world)
But in the end, there is no one who can accompany (us to the next).
