When a flashlight grows dim or quits working,
We don't throw it away -
We change the batteries.
When a person or people mess up and find themselves in a dark place, why do we cast them aside?
Shouldn't we help them recharge or change their batteries?
Just as the flashlights require specific batteries, people may also need precise batteries to get recharged.
Some may need AA -- Attention and Affection
Some may need AAA -- Acceptance, Attention, and Affection
Some need C -- Compassion
And some may require D -- Direction.
And if they still don't seem to shine...
you can simply sit with them quietly and share your light.
Because a candle never losses its own light by sharing it.
