Regret and Anxiety

No amount of regret or remorse can change the past

No amount of anxiety can change the future 

But acceptance and gratitude can change the present state of mind. 

Accepting the circumstances gracefully - 
Compromising and making adjustments can help us change the current situation and state of mind.

  4. As they say "Those who live in past suffer from depression and ones in future from anxiety. Calmer are who live in present. And rightly suggested that acceptance and gratitude are the key to lead a contented life. So. Choice is only ours.
