Those who Thunder do not Rain - Neecho Vadati Na Kurutay

        "Sharadi Na Varshati Garjati - Varshati Varshasu Ni'svano Meghah
        Neecho Vadati Na Kurutay - Na Vadati Sujanah Karotyeva"
                                                                   (Subhashitam)

                         Meaning
In autumn, the clouds only thunder but do not rain.
In the rainy season, they rain but do not thunder.
Wicked people only talk and do nothing.
Good - sincere people don't announce or talk much - they do the work.
                              ~~~~~~
Ordinary or wicked people only talk and make a lot of noise like the autumn and winter clouds, but they do not take any action to fulfill their promises.
On the other hand, good and wise people don't just talk -
They keep on doing their work silently.
Their focus is not on promotion but on action.
They care only about action, and its outcome.
                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The above analogy is based on general observation of the behavior of clouds during autumn and the rainy season.
In autumn, clouds thunder - make a lot of noise without providing much rain.
On the other hand, during the rainy season, they fulfill their purpose of providing rain but do not make much noise.

The author, with this analogy, suggests that there are two types of people in this world - those who only talk and do nothing -
and those who do the work but don't boast about it.

Some individuals may talk a lot about what they intend to do but do not actually take any action toward achieving their goals. These people may make big resolutions to themselves and great promises to others - but fail to follow through with any meaningful action.

On the other hand, Good and sincere people do not boast or talk much about their good deeds. They know the importance of actions over words.
They understand that it is not enough to simply talk about doing good - that success is not achieved through words alone but through consistent effort and hard work.
Therefore, they work quietly and diligently to achieve their goals and help others as well - without boasting or seeking much praise or recognition for their efforts.
