  2. Seems easy to profess but somewhat tough when to practise. Solution seems to lie in concentrating on analysing "BREATHING" Pattern. Like:
    'INHALE-HOLD-EXHALE-HOLD' Breathing pattern. During retaining time body gets still
    In stillness of body, you may develop near silence stage with all virtues get possible.
