English Translation
The position of the high-minded is twofold like the set of flowers.
The blossomed flowers either become coronation over people's heads - or wither away in a forest.
Similarly, the condition of wise and thoughtful people is also of two types in this world.
Like flowers, they either become the representative and head of the people
Or they end up spending their life in seclusion like the flowers of the forest.
