जलता रहा दीया तो ये तेरा कमाल था
अब बुझ गया तो ये भी तेरी ही रज़ा तो है
Jaltaa rahaa diyaa to ye teraa kamaal tha
Ab bujh gaya to ye bhi teri hee razaa to hai

If the lamp kept burning all this time, it was your grace.
Now that it is extinguished, it must also be your wish.
“Grace” and “Razaa”, are these characteristics of God?
ReplyDeleteDepends how you see God - as Nirgun Brahm or as Sagun Nirankar
DeleteAs Lord Krishna says in Bhagavad Geeta - Ye yathaa maam prapadayante....... in whichever way one sees the Lord, He appears to them in the same form. Those who are unable to grasp the abstract Nirgun Brahm - without any attributes, then they can think and worship God - the Formless Nirankar as Sagun Brahm - considering as the most benevolent Lord. As Gurbani says "Nanak sahib sadaa dayaal" and many other such verses are there in Geeta, and Gurbani. Whatever ideology consoles people and brings peace to them is good for them.🙏
Beautiful ! Nice to learn !
DeleteIf the lamp......This is a reality (complete surrender)🙏
