                       Translation:
If there's pain, then seek its cure and treat it.
Simply saying 'I'm in pain' won't reduce it.
               ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                     Interpretation:
If you're experiencing pain—whether physical, emotional, or mental—don't just dwell on it or talk about it endlessly.
Acknowledging the pain is the first step, but healing begins only when you take action toward a solution.
Complaining or repeating that you're in pain won't ease your suffering.
What matters is addressing the root cause and working toward relief.
Understanding the root cause of the pain and working in the right direction for its treatment can only end the suffering and pain, not just talking about it.
