A computer is almost like a human 

Except -

that it does not blame its mistakes on another computer.


आजकल के कंप्यूटर लगभग मानव के समान ही हैं 
फ़र्क़ सिर्फ इतना है 
कि वह अपनी गलतियों के लिए किसी दूसरे कंप्यूटर को दोष नहीं देते ।

      You are right Dr. Gulati ji. However, it's just a humorous way of conveying a message - like they give examples of different kinds of flowers living together in a garden without complaining - like one foot front of the other - and many other such examples of non-living or non-thinking objects.
