Body recluse, Mind involved - Tan Bairaagi Man Anuraagi

Today morning I posted a sher (couplet) of Nida Fazli.
"Man Bairaagi, Tan Anuraagi - kadam kadam dushvaari hai"
(Mind is a recluse - solitary and detached
The body is hooked - attracted to worldly pleasures.)

But now, when I read it again - I realized that sometimes the opposite also happens.
                            Tan Bairaagi - Man Anuraagi
Meaning:
Body recluse - mind involved and attached.
From the outside - there is a pretense of being disinterested and detached from the world, but the mind always stays engaged in the world.
It will not bring joy in life.
If we keep saying that life should be simple and full of simplicity - but the desire for luxury and extravagance remains in mind - the mind always keeps wandering in worldly desires -
If the external and internal - outside and inside - words and thoughts are not synchronized - they are not the same, then it will be hard to attain peace in life.
