इतनी भीड़ कैसे है ? Itani bheed kaise hai? Why there is a crowd?

आजकल जिसे देखो - हवा में ही रहता है 
फिर ज़मीन पर न जाने इतनी भीड़ कैसे है ?

Aaj kal jisay dekho - hawaa me hee rehtaa hai
Phir zameen par na jaanay itani bheed kaise hai?

Ego -
Everyone seems to be in the air these days
Then how is there so much crowd on the ground?
