Nothing in life is entirely ours

Nothing in life is entirely ours 

Birth was given by others.
Our name was given by others.
Jobs are given by others.
Salary, wages, and income are given by others.
Respect and positions - honor and titles are given by others.

The first and the last bath is given by others.
The first and last rites are performed by others.
Even after death, our belongings are passed to others.

Not everything in life is achieved or controlled entirely by us - 
not our beginning, not our job, not the honor and titles we receive.
Even the death that ends our worldly journey and closes our story is not in our hands. 

Everything is created and governed by others— touched, influenced, shaped, or carried by others.

And when we leave this world, whatever we owned - our wealth, property, position, and title - becomes someone else’s.

Then why hold on to unnecessary ego? 

It's worth pondering that when nothing is truly ours, then what's the point of maintaining a false ego of ownership?

So let go of ego - the false pride. 

Choose humility, kindness, love, grace, and benevolence.

Choose Reality and truthfulness, and stand by the Truth.

These are the things that will outlive us -

These qualities will live on in people's hearts even after we are gone.
