When we make Peace with our Thoughts

We usually have conflicts -
Not only with others but also with our own thoughts - with our own beliefs.
We may believe something to be true - and yet occasionally have some doubts in our minds.

And then, we fight with ourselves -
We may blame and condemn ourselves for having those doubts or unprecedented thoughts.
It creates confusion, restlessness, and even anxiety.
We become irritated and angry.
We start arguing and fighting with everyone - including ourselves.

But...
When we are in harmony with our thoughts - and at the same time respecting the views of others -
We find peace in our own hearts.
By accepting everyone - by acknowledging their feelings and beliefs and maintaining harmony with everyone -
We will find ourselves calm and happy - and always at peace.
