Beshak lagaa kay dekh len bharpoor zor (Give it all the strength you have)

            Beshak lagaa kay dekh len bharpoor zor aap 

            Hargiz banaa na paayengay Kouvvay ko Mor aap 

                            ~ Sarvar 'Nepali' ~

English translation:

Do whatever you can - Give it all the strength you have 

But you will never be able to turn a crow into a peacock.

This couplet, written by 'Sarvar Nepali', reveals a simple yet profound truth: 

No matter how hard one tries - no matter how much effort is put in - the basic nature and character of an object or a person cannot be changed.

Just as a crow can never become a peacock, a cruel or dishonest person cannot be transformed into a kind, gentle, or noble person simply by giving some speeches or by changing their appearance.

The verse reminds us to accept reality as it is, rather than wasting energy on trying to change what is inherently unchangeable. 

Instead, we should spend our energy on other positive and constructive activities.
