Saadh ki Sangat - Company of Saints - साधु की संगत

                Kabeera Sangat Saadh ki - jyon gandhi ki vaas
               Jo gandhi kachhu dait nahin - tau bhi baas subaas

Kabeer ji says: The company of good and saintly people is like going and sitting in a shop of perfume.
Whether you buy the perfume or not, you will still receive and enjoy the fragrance as long as you are there.

                            कबीरा  संगत साधु की ज्यों गंधी की वास
                           जो गंधी किछु देत नहीं तौ भी बास-सुबास

कबीर जी कहते हैं कि साधु की संगति ऐसी है जैसे किसी गंधी - इत्र फुलेल इत्यादि बेचने वाले की संगति।
जैसे हम किसी परफ्यूम की दूकान पर चले जाएं और चाहे हम उस से कुछ भी न खरीदें - तो भी जितनी देर हम वहां इत्र बेचने वाले के साथ रहेंगे - और उसके सामान को देखेंगे तो उतनी देर तो हम सुगन्धि का - Perfume का आनंद लेते ही रहेंगे।
