इक ग़रीब का भूखा बच्चा लेकिन चोर लगता है 

Ameer ki chhat pay baitha kavvaa bhi mor lagtaa hai 

Ik gareeb ka bhookhaa bachcha lekin chor lagtaa hai

Mor   = Peacock

A crow sitting on the roof of a rich man's mansion looks like a peacock to people 

On the other hand - a poor hungry child always seems like a thief to them.
