दिल का महरम कोई न मिलया, जो मिलया सो ग़र्ज़ी  
कहे कबीर असमान फाटया  क्योंकर सीवे दर्ज़ी

Dil ka mehram koi na milyaa Jo mileyaa so garzi
Kahay Kabeer asmaan phaatyaa kaisay seevay darzi 
                                                           " Kabeer ji "

Never found anyone in the whole world who is a true friend - a real wellwisher of my being - 
Everyone had some selfish motive - hidden agenda in their heart. 
Kabeer says, the whole sky has torn apart, how can a tailor stitch the pieces together?
