Satya-path par hee Kadam badhaayen - Always stay on the path of Righteousness

Kadam apnay hamesha Satya-path par hee badhaayen ham
Dikhaayi Dharm nay jo raah usko hee apnaayen ham

Sikhaaye jo hamen Sanskaar bachpan mein buzurgon nay
Chalo aao vahi Sanskaar bachchon ko sikhaayen ham

Hamen jo Ved Granthon nay dikhaayaa Gyan ka maarg
Usi rastay pay bin bhatkay hamesha chaltay jaayen ham

Jo kehtay hain zara khud bhee to vo kar kay dikhaayen ham

Satya-Path              = Path of Righteous
Apnaayen               = Adopt, Follow
Sanskaar                 =  Values
Buzurg                     = Elders
Andh-Vishvaason = Blind faith

                                     English Translation
We should always step on and move forward on the path of righteousness.
Let us always follow the path shown by the True Dharma.

The Sanskaars - the values that our elders taught us in our childhood
Let us teach the same humanistic virtues and values to our children now.

The Vedas showed us the path of knowledge, reasoning, and logic
Let us always walk on this path without deviating from it (from reasoning and logic).

Let us not remain trapped in blind faith and unproven beliefs
simply by changing the form or names of the same old rituals, rites, and traditions.

Dharma taught us to wish and pray for the well-being of everyone.
So, even after receiving wounds of deception and oppression, we kept blessing and praying for everyone.

It is easy to preach to others - However -
We should show the world by doing ourselves what we say and preach to others.
