But not getting overwhelmed in any situation is Art of Life.
In the Bhagavad Geeta, Lord Krishna says -
Duḥkheṣhu-Anudvigna-Manāḥ Sukheṣhu Vigata-Spṛihaḥ

Veeta-Raaga-Bhaya-Krodhaḥ Sthita-Dheer Munir-uchyate

The one who is free from attachment, fear, and anger -
is called a sage with steadfast wisdom.
