Silence

Anger creates disturbance in mind and spoils the peace.

Through Silence we can regain it.

Silence does not mean the silence of tongue.

It is of no good if we hold the tongue but keep the anger inside.

Real silence is when mind becomes silent.

We can learn to control the mind by first controlling the senses.

With awareness and constant practice, we can learn to hold the tongue and eventually silent the mind.

When mind becomes silent, we regain peace and bliss.
