The Best Leader

The best leader is one, who leads quietly.
Not by words but actions, and people follow him quietly.
Next best is one who is liked, admired and praised.
Next is one who is feared.
Worst of all is a leader who is despised.

Only when the leader is not worthy, will disastrous events take place!

So the best leaders seldom issue any orders.

They lead others through their actions. 

When some affairs are accomplished, people will say:
 "We did it by following our leader."
