अनमोल आंसू - Precious Tears

यूं तो अनमोल होते हैं ये आंसू 

    पर अक़्सर बहा दिए जाते हैं 

           ताकि मन हल्का हो जाए

 Yoon to anmol hotay hain ye aansoo 

          Par aqsar bahaa diye jaatay hain 

                       Taaki man halkaa ho jaaye

                           English Translation

Although the tears are very precious 

     Yet we often shed them 

So that the heart may become lighter
