Hazaron khamiyan mujh mein hain mujhko maaf keejiye 

Magar Huzoor - Apnay Chashmay ko bhi Saaf keejiye 

Milega kya behas-mubahison me ranj kay sivaa

Bila-wajaha Na har ik baar ikhtilaaf  keejiye 

Ye tanz-0-tain har ik baat pay achhaa nahin hotaa 

Zaraa socho aur rishton me na yoon shigaaf keejiye 

Ye haq hai aap ko maano jisay tum chahtay ho - par 

Na jang-o-zad kisi kay dharm kay khilaaf keejiye 

Kisi pay karnaa ho itqaad - to pehlay ae dosto

Har ik pehloo pay har jaanib say inkishaaf keejiye 

Na haasil hoga kuchh bhi har jagah maatha ragadnay say 

Kadoort aur Nafart dil say Pehalay Saaf keejiye 

Nazar-andaaz karnaa seekhiye bekaar baaton ko 

Jo raah manzil pay lay jaaye vahin tawaaf keejiye 

Samay kay saath har ik shai badal jaati hai duniya me

Kabhi Taaza hawaaon say na ikhtilaaf keejiye

Kisi mein wasf hai koyi to ehteraam karen us ka 

Nazar-andaaz ghairon kay bhi na ausaaf keejiye

Har ek baat pay 'Rajan' ko hee ilzaam detay ho 

Kabhi apni bhi galtiyon ka aetraaf keejiye

                                  English Translation

There are thousands of flaws in me -- Forgive me.
But, my dear sir, please wipe the dust off your lens also - clean the lens you see through.

What will you gain from pointless debates and endless arguments except despair and resentment?
Do not create disputes and conflicts every time on every single matter.

Sarcasm and taunts at every step are not good;
Do not create rifts in relationships unnecessarily.

It is your right to believe in whatever you wish to 
But do not wage war or conflict against other's faith.

Before placing your trust in someone, dear friends, 
Examine every aspect thoroughly from every angle.

Bowing your head and rubbing your forehead everywhere will not yield much; 
First, cleanse the malice and bitterness from your own heart. 

Learn to overlook the useless, futile matters; 
Always stay on the path that leads to your destination.

Everything in this world changes with time, 
Do not resist the fresh winds of new thoughts.
 
If someone has a virtue, show them respect; 
Do not dismiss the qualities of even your adversaries.

You always blame Rajan for every single thing — 
But sometimes, accept your own mistakes as well.
