गणपति विसर्जन दिवस

आज गणपति विसर्जन दिवस है - एक बड़ा एवं प्रसिद्ध त्योहार - विशेषतया महाराष्ट्र में।

कई दिनों के उत्सव और गणपति की पूजा के बाद - भगवान गणेश की मूर्तियों को समुद्र या नदी में प्रवाहित कर दिया जाता है - जो प्रियजनों और श्रद्धेयजनों को भी प्रसन्नता पूर्वक छोड़ देने का प्रतीक है।

आमतौर पर, गैर-हिंदू और यहां तक कि कई पश्चिमी विचारधारा से प्रभावित हिंदू भी इस समारोह के पीछे के गहरे मनोवैज्ञानिक अर्थ को समझे बिना इस प्रथा या अनुष्ठान का मजाक उड़ाते हैं।

हर व्यक्ति को किसी भी प्रिय वस्तु अथवा प्रियजन के खो जाने से दुःख होता है। 

हर चीज़ को हम हमेशा के लिए संभाल कर रखना चाहते हैं।  

यह दिन हमें इस बात का एहसास कराता है कि संसार में कुछ भी या कोई भी स्थायी या अविनाशी नहीं है - कि प्रकृति हर चीज को बदलती और पुनर्चक्रित करती रहती है। यहां तक कि जो सिद्धांत एवं अवधारणाएं हमें बहुत प्रिय होती हैं वे भी हमेशा के लिए सत्य नहीं रह सकतीं।

Ganapati Visarjan

Today is Ganapati Visarjan Day - a big and famous festival - especially in Maharashtra.

After several days of celebrations and worshipping of Ganapati - the statues of Lord Ganesha are submitted or renounced in the sea or a river - a symbol of the joyous departure of loved ones and even the revered ones.

Usually, non-Hindus and even many Westernized Hindus make fun of this custom or ritual without understanding the deep psychological meaning behind this ceremony. 

It's normal for everyone to feel sad and sorry due to the loss of a precious thing or a loved one.

We all want to preserve and hold on to everything forever.

This festival makes us realize that nothing is permanent or invincible - that everything in nature can be replaced and recycled. 

Even the doctrines or dogmas we hold very dear to our hearts cannot remain true forever. 

This ritual is a trial - a rehearsal to prepare ourselves - that we must be prepared and willing to let go of everything at some point in our lives - even our favorite ones. 

Let's all understand the real meaning of this custom and when such a time comes - be prepared to let go of the things and objects that we may love, admire, and even revere.

Connection between Relationships and Paths

There seems to be a strange connection between Relationships and Paths.

Sometimes we find our path - our way through relationships

And sometimes good relationships are developed while traveling on a path.

Have you ever had such an experience that: 

        "Yoon hee koyi mil gyaa tha Sar-e-Raah chaltay chaltay"

That - Incidentally, someone met on the way- while walking or traveling on a bus, train, or flight -

And then a deep bond was formed with them for the rest of the life?

ऐसा लगता है कि रिश्तों और रास्तों के बीच एक अजीब सा सम्बन्ध होता है 

कभी रिश्तों के ज़रिये से रास्ते मिल जाते हैं 

और कभी रास्तों में चलते चलते ही रिश्ते बन जाते हैं 

कभी ऐसा भी होता है कि :

वक्रतुण्ड महाकाय सूर्यकोटि समप्रभ। 

निर्विघ्नं कुरु मे देव सर्वकार्येषु सर्वदा ॥

अर्थ:

विशाल काया और वक्र (मुड़ी हुई ) सूंड वाले -  करोड़ों सूर्यों के बराबर तेज वाले  

हे देव, मेरे सभी कर्मों - उपक्रमों को बाधाओं से मुक्त करें - 

अपने आशीर्वाद के द्वारा हमारे सभी कार्यों और क्रियाकलापों सदैव मुक्त रखें।

भावार्थ :

भगवान गणेश भौतिकता और आध्यात्मिकता  - दोनों के मिलन का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं।

विशाल मटके जैसा पेट - प्रचुर भौतिक संपदा का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है।

विशाल हाथी का सिर - ज्ञान और दिव्यता का प्रतीक है।

विशाल सिर विशाल मस्तिष्क का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है - जिसका अर्थ है अधिक बुद्धि - अधिक ज्ञान और विवेक शक्ति ।

भारतीय पौराणिक कथाओं में हाथी को दिव्य एवं दैवी शक्तियों - अर्थात सहानुभूति करुणा और ज्ञान से भरपूर माना जाता है।

(स्वर्ग में इंद्र के पास एक दिव्य हाथी है जिसका नाम एरावत है)

हाथी अपना भोजन अपनी सूंड से ढूंढते हैं। जो हमेशा इधर उधर मुड़ती अथवा घूमती रहती है। 

गणेश जी की छवि में घुमावदार सूंड इच्छाओं, भावनाओं, एवं इरादों आदि का प्रतिनिधित्व करती है।

हमारी इच्छाओं और प्राथमिकताओं की दिशा अक़्सर बदलती रहती हैं। हमेशा कुछ न कुछ ढूंढ़ती रहती हैं। 

बड़ी दिलचस्प बात है कि घरों में रखी मूर्तियों अथवा तस्वीरों में  भगवान गणेश की सूंड बाईं ओर झुकी रहती है - जो मस्तिष्क के बजाय दिल की भावनाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व करती हैं - सांसारिक धन सम्पदा और वैभव की इच्छा दर्शाती है।

लेकिन कई मंदिरों में, विशेषकर महाराष्ट्र के कुछ मंदिरों में उनकी सूंड दाहिनी ओर मुड़ी होती है - अर्थात मस्तिष्क के दाहिने भाग - जो गहरी सोच - ज्ञान एवं विवेक का प्रतीक है।

इस प्रकार - बाईं ओर इंगित करने वाली सूंड का अर्थ है मन की इच्छाएं - धन, वैभव  विलासिता और सांसारिक प्रसन्नता इत्यादि। 

दाहिनी ओर इंगित करने वाली सूंड का अर्थ है सत्य-वास्तविकता-आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान को जानने की प्रवृत्ति और लालसा।

भगवान गणेश की अधिकांश छवियों और मूर्तियों में सूंड बाईं ओर इशारा करती है - जो अधिकांश लोगों और यहां तक कि अधिकांश भक्तों की भी इच्छाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व करती है - जो अधिक से अधिक सांसारिक धन और वैभव प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं।

आइए - इस गणेश चतुर्थी पर प्रार्थना करें कि हमारी प्राथमिकताएं और झुकाव सही दिशा की ओर हो - वास्तविक आध्यात्मिक पक्ष की ओर हो

With a huge body and curved trunk - having the brightness equal to millions of suns

Oh Lord, free all my actions and undertakings from hindrances -

May all our works and activities always be free of obstacles - with your blessings.

Lord Ganesha represents the union of both - materialism and spirituality.

A huge pot-like belly – represents abundant material wealth.

The huge elephant head is a symbol of wisdom and divinity.

A larger head represents a larger brain - which means more intelligence - more knowledge, and discerning power.

In Indian mythology, the elephant is considered divine – endowed with divine qualities such as empathy, compassion, and wisdom.

(Indra has a divine elephant named Airavata in heaven)

Elephants find their food with their trunks.

Which always keeps turning or circling here and there.

The curved trunk in the image of Lord Ganesha represents desires, emotions, and intentions, etc.

The direction of our desires and priorities often keeps changing - Always looking for something or the other.

Interestingly, in the idols or pictures kept in homes - Lord Ganesha's trunk is usually tilted towards the left - representing the emotions of the heart rather than the brain - indicating the desire for worldly wealth and glory.

But in many temples, especially in some temples of Maharashtra, his trunk is turned towards the right side - that is to the right side of the brain - which symbolizes deep thinking - knowledge, and wisdom.

Thus – the trunk pointing to the left means the desires of the heart – wealth, glory, luxury, worldly pleasures, etc.

The trunk pointing towards the right means the inclination and longing to know the truth-reality-spiritual knowledge and wisdom.

Most of the images and idols of Lord Ganesha have the trunk pointing towards the left – which represents the desires of most people and even of most Bhaktas and devotees – who want to acquire more worldly wealth, luxury, and glory.

Let us pray on this Ganesh Chaturthi that our priorities and inclinations are in the right direction – towards the truly spiritual side.

Beyond ignorance, our inclination should increase toward Gyana - true knowledge intelligence, and wisdom.

Though the realms of Religions are different, but same are the chains everywhere. 

It is not a story of today or tomorrow - the history of centuries has been the same. 

There are dreams in every courtyard - 

Everyone has some dreams 

But there are only a few whose dreams are fulfilled. 

Whenever a throne is decorated - mine and  your blood has been shed 

The splendor of the courts is the swords of the battlefields. 

(The rulers and masters make their subjects fight and shed their blood to glorify themselves.) 

Every jungle has the same story - the sacrifice of the vulnerable and innocent.

All deaf and dumb sheep (vulnerable, faithful people) are the property of the shepherds - the flockmen - who exploit them to gain their own glory and selfish motives.

उनकी शिक्षाओं पर संकलित 'भगवद गीता' दुनिया भर में धर्म से संबंधित सबसे अधिक पढ़ी जाने वाली पुस्तकों में से एक है - जिसने भारत में विकसित हुए सभी धर्मों - जैसे कि बौद्ध धर्म, सिख धर्म, भारतीय सूफ़ीवाद इत्यादि और उनकी सभी शाखाओं को प्रभावित किया और उनकी विचारधारा को रुप प्रदान किया। 

कृष्ण के जन्म, बचपन और युवावस्था से संबंधित कई कहानियाँ हैं - जो शायद सच या तथ्यात्मक तो नहीं हो सकतीं - लेकिन उनमें कुछ महान संदेश और गहरे दार्शनिक अर्थ छुपे हुए हैं।

आइए - एक दो कथाओं का विश्लेषण करें। 

                                                           जन्म  

एक भविष्यवाणी थी कि एक दिन देवकी का पुत्र मथुरा के दुष्ट राजा कंस को मार डालेगा - और उसके अत्याचारों को समाप्त कर देगा।

इसलिए कृष्ण के माता-पिता - वासुदेव और देवकी को कंस ने एक छोटी सी अंधेरी काल कोठरी में डाल दिया था।

अंधेरी रात में एक सीमित जेल में कृष्ण का जन्म अंधेरे समय में आशा की किरण के रुप में प्रकट होता है।

साधारण अर्थों में -  हमें ये याद रखना चाहिए कि जीवन के सबसे अंधेरे समय में भी - जब हम अपने आप को एक अपरिहार्य जेल में फंसा हुआ महसूस करते हैं - तो ऐसे समय में भी कोई सहायता या राहत किसी न किसी रुप में प्रकट हो सकती है और हमें उस गड्ढे से बाहर निकाल सकती है।

लेकिन इस कथा का दूसरा एवं गहन अर्थ यह है कि - भगवान अक्सर हमारे दुःख और अंधेरे समय में ही हमारे जीवन में प्रकट होते हैं।

आनंदमय पार्टियों और खुशी के उत्सवों में आनंद लेते हुए - खाते पीते और नाचते समय हम शायद ही कभी भगवान को याद करते हैं।

यह दुःख और निराशा का समय ही होता है जब हम गंभीरता से - अपने दिल की गहराई से पूरी ईमानदारी के साथ सर्वशक्तिमान तक पहुंचने और प्रार्थना करने का प्रयास करते हैं।

दूसरे शब्दों में - भगवान हमारे जीवन के दुखद और अंधेरे क्षणों के दौरान ही हमारे हृदय में जन्म लेते हैं। 

                             ऊँचे लटकते हुए मटकों से माखन चुराना

बचपन में, कृष्ण को ऊँचे लटकते हुए मटकों से मक्खन चुराते या निकालते हुए दिखाया जाता है। 

वह उस मटके तक पहुंचने के लिए सभी प्रकार के साधनों का - किसी कुर्सी अथवा स्टूल या सीढ़ी इत्यादि का  उपयोग करते हैं  - और कभी कभी अपने दोस्तों की पीठ पर चढ़ कर भी मक्खन के मटके को उतार लाते हैं। 

मक्खन दूध का सार अथवा निचोड़ है - यह मानव जीवन के सार एवं सत्य का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है।

जैसे कृष्ण के घर में मक्खन का बर्तन ऊँचा लटका रहता था - उसी तरह सत्य हमारी चेतना के उच्चतम क्षेत्र में रहता है।

इसे प्राप्त करना कठिन तो है - लेकिन फिर भी - हर व्यक्ति को सत्य एवं जीवन का लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।

जिस तरह कृष्ण ने सीढ़ी इत्यादि और यहां तक कि मानव पिरामिड सहित सभी प्रकार के उपकरणों का उपयोग किया  - हमें भी अपने समय में उपलब्ध हर उपकरण का उपयोग करके सत्य को समझने और धारण करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। और इसके लिए धर्म ग्रंथों के अध्ययन के साथ साथ किसी समर्थ गुरु एवं संतो महांपुरषों  का संग एवं सत्संग करना चाहिए। 

ऐसी कई अन्य कहानियाँ हैं जिनमे कुछ गहरे और अद्भुत संदेश छुपे होते हैं - लेकिन वह तभी समझ में आ पाएँगे जब हम गहराई में उतर कर इन पौराणिक कहानियों के पीछे छिपे गहन अर्थों को समझने का प्रयास करेंगे। 

और अंत में - कृष्ण के जीवन का सबसे बड़ा और महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है - युद्ध के मैदान में भगवद गीता के रुप में अर्जुन को व्यावहारिक धर्म की शिक्षा देना।  

कृष्ण के जीवन का सार हर प्रकार की स्थिति में उनकी अटूट, दृढ - शांत एवं आनंदमयी भावना है। 

हर प्रकार की प्रतिकूल स्थितियों में भी वह सदैव शांत और प्रसन्नचित्त  रहते हैं। 

दिव्यता, ज्ञान -विवेक, सत्य और धार्मिकता एवं न्यायप्रियता का प्रतीक हैं कृष्ण। 

- यह वो गुण हैं जो हमारी आध्यात्मिक यात्रा को नया आकार दे सकते हैं और हमें अपने लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने में मदद कर सकते हैं।

दुनिया भर में लाखों लोग इस दिन को कई अलग-अलग तरीकों से मनाते हैं और इसका सम्मान करते हैं। 

लेकिन जन्माष्टमी की सबसे बड़ी और उत्तम श्रद्धांजलि होगी भगवान कृष्ण की  शिक्षाओं को समझना - सीखना और अपने जीवन में अपनाना - ताकि हम सच्ची धार्मिकता और भक्ति के मार्ग पर अग्रसर हो सकें

Janmashtami is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Krishna, who is considered, not only an incarnation of Almighty but ‘The Jagat Guru’ as well. 

The ‘Bhagavad Gita, compiled on his teachings, is one of the greatest and most read books on Dharma in the world, which influenced and shaped all later ‘religions’ and Dharmas of India including Buddhism, Sikhism, and their numerous branches as well as Indian Sufism.

There are several stories relating to Krishna's birth, childhood, and youth - which may not be true or factual but, they do carry deep philosophical meanings and some great messages. 

Here are just a couple - to ponder upon. 

Krishna's parents, Vasudev and Devki were put in a small - dark cell by Kans - the evil king of Mathura.

There was a prediction that a son of Devki would kill Kans - and bring an end to his tyranny. 

Krishna's birth in a confined prison - in the middle of the darkest night - appears as a ray of hope in the darkest periods of the people of that time. 

One should remember that even in the darkest periods of life - when one feels trapped in an inescapable prison, help or relief can appear in some form and pull us out of that pit.

Another meaning is that - most of the time - God appears in our lives during our sad and dark periods.

We hardly remember God while enjoying - eating and dancing in joyful parties and happy celebrations. 

It's the times of desperation when we seriously try to reach out and pray to the Almighty with all sincerity from the core of our hearts.

In other words - The Lord takes birth in our hearts during the sad and darkest moments of our lives.  

                       Stealing butter from the hanging pots

In early childhood, Krishna is seen stealing or getting butter from the pots that are hanging quite high on the ceiling. He uses all kinds of means to reach the pot of butter - using a chair, a stool, or a ladder - and even creates a human pyramid of his friends and climbs on it to get to the pot of butter.

Butter is the essence of milk - it represents the Truth or essence of human life.

Just like the pot of butter was hanging high - Truth resides in the highest realms of our consciousness. 

Though it may be difficult - yet - one should strive to get it.

Just as Krishna used all kinds of tools including the human pyramid - we should also try to apprehend the Truth by using every tool available - such as a bonafide Guru - holy Scriptures and help from fellow seekers and devotees - by staying in the company of Saints in the form of a Satsang.

There are many other stories that carry wonderful messages along with them - only if we care to dive deep and try to understand the hidden meanings behind these mythical tales.

And finally - the biggest and most important part of Krishna's life is the teachings of practical Dharma to Arjun on the battleground - in the form of Bhagavad Geeta.

However, the essence of Krishna's life is in his unwavering, joyful spirit in every situation. May it be love or war - in all kinds of strife - he always remains calm and joyful. 

Krishna embodies divinity, wisdom (Vivek), and righteousness - the traits that can reshape our spiritual journey and help us achieve our goals.

Millions of people - all over the world - acknowledge and honor this day by celebrating it in many different ways. However, the greatest celebration and tribute would be to learn - understand, and adopt his teachings in our lives.

May the teachings of Lord Krishna always be with us guiding us toward the path of devotion and righteousness.

Happy Teacher's Day

Today, the 'Teacher's Day' is being celebrated all over India in memory of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.

Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan (September 5, 1888- April 17, 1975) - India's first Vice-president and then the President of India from 1962 to 1967, was a great philosopher and teacher. His contributions to the field of education and Indian philosophies are exemplary. He was one of the greatest scholars of Indian and Western philosophies in recent times and wrote several volumes on Indian philosophies, and Vedanta - including commentaries on Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Brahm Sutras.

In 1962, when Radhakrishnan was serving as the president of India, his birthday was proposed to be celebrated as Radhakrishnan Day. However, he declined it by saying: "Instead of celebrating it as my birthday, it would be my proud privilege if this day is observed as Teachers’ Day."

An awe-inspiring teacher is hard to find, difficult to part with, and impossible to forget.
Teachers have a direct impact on their students. They love educating students.
They strive to educate - inspire the students to learn more and to induce positive changes in their lives. 

From the first day of school to the end of our academic education - we all learn from many different teachers.
However, there are just a few who cling to our memory for the rest of our lives.
Because they take personal interest and responsibility for our progress.

Teachers help build the characteristics of an individual, a society, and a nation.
The teacher is a candle that burns itself and gives light to others.

They take the hands of the students, open their minds, and touch their hearts.
Such heartful teachers become role models for the students.

That is why - in ancient Indian traditions - the teacher or the Guru was given the utmost respect and highest honor by the society.

Guru was considered like God - "Gurur Devo Bhavah"

Mother, Father, and the Guru were given the status of God.

 "Matri Devo Bhavah - Pitri Devo Bhavah - Gurur Devo Bhavah"

The great Gurus - the good teachers do not simply teach -
They plant the seeds of knowledge in the minds of their disciples and students that last a lifetime.
They guide and support the disciples personally at every step to understand - to apprehend the subject thoroughly and inspire them to improve and rise to such heights where the sky is the limit.

Find a great teacher - a Guru - who will help you personally - by guiding you at each step of your life on a personal level - answering all your questions and removing any doubts that you might have.

A proficient and experienced teacher will never tell you to stop asking questions - to stay quiet or be withdrawn and believe every word without any doubt whatsoever.
Good teachers will always encourage you to ask questions until you are fully satisfied.
Because the teachers who are indeed wise, do not advise you to simply enter the house of their wisdom. 

They lead you to the threshold of your own mind.

Great Gurus and Good teachers encourage their students to become as knowledgeable as them - or even better than them.
Real Gurus or Good teachers never become jealous of their students.
In fact, they feel proud of their students if they rise and become even better than the teachers.

There is a beautiful prayer in Yajur Veda - also found in Taittarey, Mandukya, and Shvetashvatara Upanishads - which explains the beautiful relationship between the Guru and the Shishya - the teacher and the disciple.
It says:

ॐ सह नाववतु - सह नौ भुनक्तु - सह वीर्यं करवावहै
तेजस्विनावधीतमस्तु मा विद्विषावहै
                  ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः
Om Seh Nau-Avatu Seh Nau Bhunaktu
Seh Veeryam Karavaavahai
Tejasvi Naav-Adhiitam-Astu Maa Vidvishaavahai


Meaning: May the Brahman (Almighty Lord) protect us both (Teacher & Disciple);
May He nourish us both;
May we both work in harmony with great vigor;
May our study be illuminating and fruitful;
May we - Guru and Shishya - the teacher and disciple - never be jealous of each other.

Millions of people, all over the world, acknowledge and honor this day by celebrating it in different ways. However, the greatest tribute to them would be to learn, understand, and adapt their teachings in our lives.

And the most important thing for teachers is that they should engage, motivate, and inspire students to learn.

I was fortunate to have a few such great teachers in my life - who not only helped me in my professional career as a teacher - but helped me in every sphere of my life - to broaden my horizons - to remove the walls of narrowmindedness - to get out of the limited, confined space and become open and broad-minded and think universally.

My salutations and attributes to all my such teachers - all my Gurus, who helped me personally to reach where I am - to be what I am today.
Let's appreciate the vital role that teachers play in shaping our future.

ज्ञान प्राप्ति के चार चरण

प्राचीन भारतीय शास्त्रों के अनुसार, ज्ञान चार चरणों में प्राप्त होता है अथवा सीखा जाता है।

                                         आचार्यात् पादमादत्ते, पादं शिष्यः स्वमेधया

                                         पादं सब्रह्मचारिभ्यः, पादम् कालक्रमेण च

                                                             ~महाभारत, उद्योगपर्व~

ज्ञान का एक चौथाई हिस्सा शिक्षक अथवा गुरु से मिलता है 

और एक चौथाई भाग छात्र की अपनी बुद्धि, प्रतिभा और प्रयास से प्राप्त होता है। 

एक चौथाई साथी छात्रों की संगति में - 

और बाकी का चौथाई - समय के साथ अनुभव से प्राप्त होता है।

यह कथन ज्ञान प्राप्ति के हर क्षेत्र में सही प्रतीत होता है। 

यहाँ पादं शब्द को पूरी तरह से एक चौथाई के रुप में नहीं लिया जाना चाहिए। 

इसका अर्थ केवल यह है कि ज्ञान - एक नहीं बल्कि चार भागों या चरणों में प्राप्त होता है।

गुरु अथवा शिक्षक सभी विद्यार्थियों एवं जिज्ञासुओं को एक जैसा हे - समान ज्ञान देता है  

लेकिन प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी उसे अपनी प्रतिभा और समझ के अनुसार ग्रहण करता है - क्योंकि हर किसी की समझ और ग्रहण शक्ति का स्तर अलग-अलग होता है।

यही सिद्धांत आध्यात्म के मार्ग पर भी लागू होता है।

गुरु सभी को एक ही ज्ञान देते हैं।

कुछ लोग इसे तुरंत समझ जाते हैं जबकि कुछ अन्य को इसे समझने में अधिक समय लग सकता है।

हम संगत या सत्संग के रुप में साथी जिज्ञासुओं और अन्य साधकों की संगति में ज्ञान को  परिपक्व और सुदृढ़ कर सकते हैं।

अंततः, समय के साथ -  सुमिरन और ध्यान के माध्यम से हम अनुभव के साथ 'सत्य' को समझ और अन्तरसमाहित कर सकते हैं।

जैसा कि कहा गया है:

     

                             करत करत अभ्यास कै जड़मति होत सुजान

                             रसरी आवत जात ते सिल परत पड़त निसान

लगातार और निरंतर अभ्यास एक जड़मति  - कम बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति को भी बुद्धिमान बना देता है।

जिस प्रकार एक रस्सी को लगातार पत्थर पर रगड़ने से पत्थर पर भी एक गहरा निशान बन जाता है।

इसलिए, मुख्य एवं महत्वपूर्ण शब्द है - अभ्यास और ध्यान।

जिस तरह बार-बार अभ्यास करने से, अंततः, एक धीमी गति से सीखने वाला व्यक्ति भी अपने काम में निपुण बन सकता है।

इसी तरह, अभ्यास के साथ हम सुमिरन और ध्यान की गहराई में जा सकते हैं 

और जिस शाश्वत आनंद एवं शांति को प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं 

-  उस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
