Na Shaikh na Leadar na Musaahib (Neither Monarch nor a Leader)

Ham Shaikh na Leader na Musaahib na Sahaafi
Jo Khud nahin kartay vo Hidaayat na karengay
                       " Faiz Ahmad Faiz "

I am neither a Sheikh* (monarch) nor a leader -
Neither an employee of a sovereign or ruler - nor a journalist.
I will never instruct others to do what I don't (or can not) do myself.
               ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sheikh         =   (Arabic word) a surname or title given by a Sultan or a sovereign ruler to an employee or an influential landlord.
Like caste, a family surname passed on from birth to progeny in a prestigious Muslim family.
 Also used for a Muslim clergy.
Like Brahmins, Syed and Sheikh are indicative of high caste among Muslims.
In India and Pakistan, they also play the role of Mullah or Maulvi, who, along with teaching religious doctrine in their village or town, also pass judgment on personal, family, or community cases.
Musahib = special orderly of an emperor or king, a flatterer - advisor, or an officer who helps in the distribution and execution of the orders of the general.
Sahafi               = Journalist
Hidayat            = Advice, Instruction
