Who Holds the Key to Our Happiness?

Usually, we let other people hold the key to our happiness.
If someone says something pleasant and respectful about us, we become happy.
If someone criticizes, disrespects, or says something unpleasant, we become angry and stay unhappy for the rest of the day - a week or even longer.
Whether we are going to have a good day or a bad day, depends on others.
They hold the key - they decide what kind of mood we are going to have - they have the power to make us happy or unhappy.

Is it really in their hands?
Do the others really have this power over us?

No - it's just because we give them this power.
We give them the key and control to change our mood and attitude through their gestures, speech, and actions.
To be happy and content is - and should be within our control.
We should be in charge of our own moods and attitude - not others.
We should not allow our life to be dominated by the constant fear of what others think of us - and what they expect us to do.
No one can be happy being controlled by others at every step of their life.
No one can progress or achieve any goal by continually worrying about what others would say - by always worrying about their opinions and seeking their approval.
Instead of making our happiness dependent on external influences - such as material things and possessions - other's views, opinions, and judgments - we should learn to be happy with what we have and try to achieve what we can.

  2. 🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Evwrybody need to have a remote control of his life in his own hands not in the hands of others.

If we give our life's remote control in others hand then definitely our each moment of life is governed by other not by us.....so better to stay and get each answer from inside rather than to search it from outside.
