Like a bird, the mind flies in the sky of sensual desires until it is caught in the clutches of the hawk of Gyana.

Sadguru Kabir Ji says that the bird of mind keeps on flying in the sky of worldly, luscious desires only until it gets caught in the clutches of the hawk of Gyana - knowledge of Truth.

Just as a hawk catches a small bird and traps it, similarly, the mind, which gets caught in the clutches of Gyana, does not wander in worldly cravings anymore.
