Walk away from the arguments that lead to dispute, controversy, anger, and animosity.
Walk away from the desires that can not be fulfilled.
Walk away from thoughts that steal away your peace of mind.
Walk away from people who do not want you.
There is no need to get heartache over those who do not see your value in their life.
Walk away from expectations.
Expectations create cravings and longings.
Unfulfilled expectations cause sorrow and grief.
They cause anger, regret, bitterness, and pain.
So walking away from unwanted - unfriendly, hostile, and awkward situations - is the best exercise to stay happy and in peace.
