STONE AND THE MAN

The violent used it as a weapon.
The industrialist built with it.
The tired traveler used it as a seat. 
The scientist/archaeologist studied its constituents.
The devout worshiped it.
The drummer beat it.
The artist painted it.
And Michelangelo carved the most beautiful sculptures out of it.

In all cases, the difference was not in the stone, but in the man...
