We
constantly evaluate to classify and judge things and situations as right or
wrong, good or bad. When we are constantly evaluating, classifying, labeling
and analyzing, we create a lot of turbulence in our internal dialogue. This
turbulence slows down the energy flowing between us and the field of pure
potentiality.
When
we start judging, we compress the space between one thought and another. That
space is the void that opens the door to Divinity. That state of vacuum, the
silent space between thoughts, is inner stillness that connects us with the divine.
And when we compress that space, we reduce our connection to the field of pure
potentiality and infinite creativity. It makes it more difficult for us
to enter Divinity.
Start the day by saying: "Today, I will judge nothing that occurs." And gradually make it a habit.
