Why is the ocean great?
Because it lies below all waters.
And because it lies below all waters,
Millions of streams flow toward it—to merge into it.
The greatness lies in its humility - not in its height.
Rivers do not strive to reach the high peaks—
They are automatically drawn to the depth that welcomes them.
To be truly honored, become like the ocean—
low, still, vast and humble - welcoming, and receiving all.
To receive great honor, position yourself beneath others.

ReplyDeleteSimilarly Mountains are great too, because beside their heights they remain quite. Vapors from the ocean get condensed on the heights of the mountains which becomes rivers and which feeds the ocean again.
ReplyDeleteRemain humble and quiet aside from getting the highest possible achievement make anyone great.

ReplyDeleteWhile walking on hilly road, posture of bowing down makes it convenient. In other words, while achieving height one has to be in "bending forward" position. On the other hand, while getting down from hilly road, one keeps " backward bending" posture, thereby meaning getting down just because of keeping stiff posture. Acquiring success because of "jhuknaa" n failing means"Aakadna"
